Aviation Ball 2026

The Aviation Ball is the flagship event of Women in Aviation Croatia, bringing together aviation professionals, institutions, industry leaders, partners and friends for an evening dedicated to the future of aviation.

The inaugural Ball marks a historic milestone—90 years since the first Croatian woman earned her pilot licence—celebrating the pioneers who opened the skies while inspiring the next generation to follow.

More than a gala evening, the Aviation Ball is a platform for connection, recognition and impact. It brings together civil, military and general aviation, education, science, business and public institutions with one shared purpose: creating new opportunities for future generations.

Proceeds from the event will support the association's educational initiatives, mentorship programmes, scholarships and projects encouraging girls and young women to pursue careers in aviation and STEM.
